How much will services cost?

For Personal Injury Claims, Workers’ Compensation Claims, Social Security Claims and some Contractual disputes, there is NO FEE UNLESS WE RECOVER MONEY FOR YOU.  For other cases such as Real Estate, Wills and Estates, Divorces and other Family Law issues, our fees are usually charged by a flat fee or on an hourly basis, after discussion with you and with your written approval.

 

 

What are contingency fee cases?

Contingency fee cases are when there is an agreement between an attorney and his or her client whereby the attorney agrees to represent the client for a percentage of the amount recovered.  The percentage charged will be discussed and approved by you prior to our representation.  This fee agreement is frequently used in personal injury claims.

 

 

Is there a fee for the first visit?

NO.  Our law firm provides a free legal evaluation of your case at no obligation to the client.  

 

 

How long will the case take to settle or be resolved?

Every case is unique and the length of time to settle or resolve varies. In order to be as responsive as possible, we have an experienced support staff to assist each attorney. We work in such a way as to prepare your case to be resolved as quickly as we can, which includes the gathering of all relevant information such as witness statements, photographs, police reports, medical records, doctors reports, expert reports and private investigation reports.
